Shipping Information

Domestic Shipments
Domestic items will be shipped UPS. Most shipments take between 3-7 business days. Products over 100 lbs will be shipped via Common Carrier truck freight. PlanITROI can also arrange shipments outside of the U.S.

Insurance
All items over $100 will be shipped with no insurance unless the customer requests insurance. We recommend that all customers take insurance on their products. Items that are shipped with no insurance are done so at the buyer's sole risk. We will have no liability for lost or damaged packages that are sent with no insurance by the buyer.

Address Verification
PayPal and Credit Card customers: please note that we will only ship your items to the confirmed address of your credit card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
