These Terms of Use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the Toughbook Exchange website, identify what users of the Toughbook Exchange website ("Users") can expect from Toughbook Exchange, Toughbook Exchange Providers (as defined below) and the Toughbook Exchange website and what we expect from Users.
